Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 30 sets for the SKU items.
Q3: Is it available to do private labels? And can I customize the design and packing?
A: Yes! The MOQ is about 1000-5000sets for different items.
Q4: Can I get a sample to test the quality?
A: Sure we can provide existing sample for checking quality, but need sample fee, and we usually send samples by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT.
Q5: Are the quality of your product guaranteed?
A: We have QC to control the quality one by one. So do not worry about the quality. If there are some defective items, we can refund your money or send you new items as compensation.
Q6: How long is the production lead time?
A: It Takes 5-7 Working days for the SKU items, 39-49 working days for special orders.
Q7: Are you covering the duty to our country?
A: Many countries charge taxes when you import anything from overseas. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country. For some countries like the US, Canada, UK, Australia our shipping agent can do door to door service and in charge of customs clearance and pay the tariff.
